If you are not an NCHER member, and you pay the member rate, you WILL be billed for the difference. Please contact Stefanie Gramm sgramm@ncher.org, if you have any difficulty registering.
Payments: NCHER registration fees must be paid prior to attending the meeting. Should the registration fee remain unpaid 30 days after the meeting concludes, a 2% per month late fee will assessed.

RESERVATION PROCEDURE
Conference is now being held virtual. Please remember to cancel your hotel reservations at the Hotel Washington 24 hours prior to your requested arrival.

CUTOFF DATE
NCHER will accept conference registrations until FRIDAY, JANUARY 28, 2022, no exceptions please.
ROOM CANCELLATION
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to refund any deposits received except for persons with medical emergencies.
ATTIRE
Dress is your best virtual video appropriate attire.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be in writing to the NCHER office and addressed to conferences@ncher.org. Cancellation fees will be assessed for both prepaid and non-prepaid registrations. Registrations cancelled prior to January 21, 2022, will receive a full refund. Registrations cancelled after January 21, 2022 will not receive a refund. Registrations may be transferred to another registrant from your organization within the same conference prior to the registration cut off date (January 28, 2022). Please note that registrations fees from prior conferences/conventions for your organization will be deducted from any refunds. Refunds will be processed 30 days after the conference.
