Back by popular demand! NCHER is excited to announce that our Fall Legal Meeting will take place Thursday, October 9, at the new Ballard Spahr offices in Denver, CO. Since our 2024 Fall Legal Meeting, President Trump won a non-consecutive second term, Congress significantly reformed the federal student aid programs for the first time since 2010, the Department of Education reengaged the student loan repayment and collection systems, courts weighed in on SAVE plan and borrower defense cases, and states continued to develop lender, servicing, and privacy laws and regulations. Join us in Denver as we explore these and other important and timely topics.
The Fall Legal Meeting offers both in-person and virtual attendance options. Please select your attendance preference when you register below.
For attendees attending in person, you will need to make your own hotel reservations. There are several hotels within walking distance of the law firm. A non-exclusive list is provided below. This will be a one-day meeting that will start around 8:30 am and end around 3:15 pm Mountain Time. The registration fee for in-person and virtual attendance will be $525 for members and $650 for nonmembers. So register today!

Payments: NCHER registration fees must be paid prior to attending the meeting or you will not be issued credentials to attend.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be in writing to the NCHER office and addressed to conferences@ncher.org prior to the start of the conference. To receive a full refund, cancellation must be received by Thursday, September 25, 2025. Refunds will be processed 30 days after the conference.
